1. Consulting Services
Due to the customized and professional nature of consulting services, payments made to K.R.D Lux Enterprise are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Business Consultations
Strategy Sessions
Business Development Services
Operational Consulting
Customized Business Plans
Marketing and Growth Advisory Services
Administrative Support Services
Digital Deliverables, Reports, and Recommendations
Once services have been delivered, work has begun, or digital materials have been provided, refunds will generally not be issued.
2. Deposits and Initial Payments
Any deposits, booking fees, retainers, or upfront payments used to secure consultations, projects, or service engagements are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation by submitting written notice to:

Cancellation requests are subject to the following conditions:
If cancellation occurs before work has begun, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of K.R.D Lux Enterprise.
If work has already started, refunds may be reduced or denied based on time, labor, and resources already invested.
Completed consultations and completed services are non-refundable.
Missed appointments and no-show consultations are non-refundable.
4. Subscription and Retainer Services
If applicable, recurring consulting retainers, memberships, or subscription-based services may be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
No refunds will be issued for:
Current billing periods
Partially used service periods
Unused consultation hours
Services already made available to the client
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact K.R.D Lux Enterprise first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of services
Collection actions where permitted by law
Recovery of associated fees and costs
Legal remedies where applicable
6. Refund Exceptions
Refund exceptions may be granted solely at the discretion of K.R.D Lux Enterprise in situations including:
Duplicate payments
Billing errors
Accidental overcharges
Services that cannot be delivered due to company-related circumstances
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may require 5–10 business days to appear depending on the payment processor or financial institution.

While we do not guarantee specific business, financial, or operational outcomes, we are committed to professionalism, transparency, and client support throughout our engagements.
