All services are delivered digitally, virtually, by phone, email, video conference, or through scheduled appointments unless otherwise stated.
Processing Time
Consultation bookings are typically confirmed within 24–48 business hours after payment is received.
Digital deliverables, reports, or service documents are generally provided within the timeframe agreed upon during the consultation or service agreement.
Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, excluding holidays.
Appointment Scheduling
Clients are responsible for scheduling appointments using the booking methods provided on our website or through direct communication with our team.
If a client misses a scheduled session without notice, the session may be considered forfeited unless otherwise approved by management.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the session.
K.R.D Lux Enterprise reserves the right to reschedule services due to emergencies, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of consulting and professional services, refunds are generally not issued once services have been rendered or work has begun.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
