Refund Policy

K.R.D. Lux Enterprise, Inc.

At K.R.D. Lux Enterprise, Inc., we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services with professionalism and integrity. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies:

1. No Refunds on Completed Services

All consulting services, strategy sessions, and deliverables that have been completed or partially performed are non-refundable. Once work has begun, payment reflects time, expertise, and resources already allocated.

2. Deposits & Retainers

All deposits and retainers are non-refundable. These payments secure your booking, reserve time, and cover initial preparation and administrative costs.

3. Cancellations by Client

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled session may be eligible for a reschedule (not a refund).

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

4. Missed Appointments / No-Shows

Clients who miss a scheduled session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

5. Satisfaction Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 5 business days of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, which may include revisions or follow-up support, at our discretion.

6. Digital Products & Materials

Any digital downloads, documents, or proprietary materials provided as part of consulting services are non-refundable once delivered.

7. Company-Initiated Cancellations

If K.R.D. Lux Enterprise, Inc. cancels a service and is unable to reschedule, a full refund will be issued for the unused portion of the service.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of services and additional collection actions if necessary.

9. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing or booking services with K.R.D. Lux Enterprise, Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy
